As a Boy Scout nearing the Eagle rank, Ethan has to complete a service project for his community.Like many scouts before him, he is building a gravel path around the Cameron Park Observatory with the help of his troop. During lunch break, the boys discovered some unused tires. Immediately, they made a game of rolling them down a hill competing against each other to see how far their tire would go.
Some got a little too enthusiastic. :)
